Points method

Method - Points on Pros and Cons (or PnC-Points(!))

This method is based on having already done pros and cons for the suggestions.
Every member of the team grades each pro and con on a scale from 0 to 10 silently. The grades are summed by adding the pros' values and subtracting the cons' values. Then each member's total is summed up into the team's total and a score is given to the suggestion.
This is repeated for each suggestion, ending by comparing the final scores.
